    Good Morning Beer Advocates across the globe. It's 5 o'clock somewhere, almost 5 here.

    The Pilsner tasting continues, this one from Penrose.

    This pour was very bland. One more later today to close out my participation. Many good reviews and suggested future pours have already been posted on Day One. Well worth a look in the Pilsner Tasting Thread!

    Good morning BAs! The dogs have been walked and fed...coffee time - Prairie’s Bourbon Paradise:

    Bottled 11/21/19. Poured at 55 degrees straight outta my “short timers” chiller. The coconut is still vibrant, and I like this BBA version over the regular. I try not to sit too long on this stout as I have found that coconut fades over time, generally, and specifically with Paradise. Cheers and have a great Saturday y’all!

    An Imp Stout from France. Incredibly thick-bodied, with Peruvian chocolate (Illanka) and pepper (Aji Amarillo). Pretty good. 13% that’ll most likely spark a nap. Cheers!

    The appearance was of a light reddish-orange color with a somewhat thin yet lasting head. The aroma combined sweet blackberry with a touch of barnyard funk. A nice blend of blackberry sweetness and tartness wita very pleasant sourness soothed the taste buds. Medium body; sharp and tart.

    This taste came from a bottle shared by a neighbor. This was a welcome and very tasty, nicely balanced sour.

    This was actually from last night while visiting with some neighbors up the road, but I didn't get home until late, so decided to post it this morning. There were other beers and some moonshine later in the evening, but this sour was pretty memorable (my second beer from Casey, I believe).

    Glad to. As much as I love the original, having women sing the part that David Gilmour did really brings something to the song. And I’ve watched hundreds if not thousands of hours of Pink Floyd, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen Roger Waters show as much emotion in a performance. Quite enjoyable. Have fun slinging them suds, sir!
