Steam Hollow Brewing and Floyd conspiracy theory

I had seen something about this on Twitter from a Josh Noel comment but your link definitely had more info than I had seen before. I think I'll avoid them if by chance I ever end up wherever Manteno is. Private views about our government starting race wars is about all I needed to see/hear.

 

Yeah I caught wind of this last night. Seems like the Internet is already beating them down pretty hard. Hopefully this woman doesn't sink a lot of hard working people with her but we don't have time for this kinda bullshit anymore.

 

Well said. It’s easy for me to write off a brewery I never heard of until yesterday but now I wouldn’t try their beer on draft if it ever was an option. I am *assuming* this is a brewery heavily supported by locals so I don’t know if the National/online notoriety will affect them or not

 

When I read the thread title, I thought this had something to fo with 3 Floyds.

People pooping all over this place on Untappd. They have nobody to blame but themselves.

 

We shouldn't be surprised, yet we are.

 

So if we believed all the conspiracy theorists, George Floyd and the kids from Sandy Hook are probably all sitting around having a great time on the set of the moon landing listening to Elvis sing.

The ease of advancing political agendas through false information on the internet is astounding. This is why every household in America needs to get a subscription to their local paper whether they read it or not- it is why accurate journalism is really the 4th pillar of democracy.

 

In her excuse post she throws out the tired excuse "we always joke around." Online racists use that one all the time along with "It was irony!" and "How should I know people would think [racist thing] is a racist thing?" I'm hoping we are past falling for these lame and obvious deflections by now.

 

In a way, joking around is maybe worse. If she believes that stuff you could at least choose to dismiss her as being unwell.

 

If nothing else, from a business perspective, even IF you believed that..you're a colossal fool to publicly state that. Social Media is not kind (wrath deserved or not). save that for Info Wars or whatever echo chamber they live in.

 

Claiming he is a **** star is just...whoo boy...there's some Freudian layers to peel back on that one...

 

They have a beer named The Great Awakening. Makes me wonder if the BS she was spouting is something running through the QAnon crowd.

 

It is indeed, I was just told (online) last night that these "staged protests" are to distract from the fact that "Hillary has court", referring to a procedural hearing in a long running case over her use of a private email server, the hearing was to discuss whether or not she will be deposed. Not likely to be any earth shaking revelations there but the Q folks are on it

 

Bless up to George Floyd who died so....checks notes.....Hilary Clinton can be arrested for emails.

 

If it wasn't so dangerous and toxic, you could almost start to laugh at the absurdity of some of the stuff like this that emanates from the dark corners of the web. It really is a tragedy that so many people submit their minds to it, along with the potential and actual consequences of it (Pizzagate). Based on their reviews, I might have checked out Steam Hollow if I happened to be passing through Manteno. Not so anymore.

 

Responding to my own post because I have just learned that George Floyd does in fact have at least one sex tape. Not going to share a link here for obvious reasons but yeah the guy was known for laying pipe and apparently it really is him in the video. Still have yet to see proof the killer cop was a crisis actor but I feel like that is MUCH less likely to happen.
