So I picked up my Mosaic Melody and some more Stratacadabra cans today @ Bottlecraft LB and Malcom asked if I had has this NPBC Hazy, come to think of it, everything I have had up to this has been west coast or lagers, clear beers LOL! Love me a well made hazy and this has it in spades, first look at it, gorgeous milky white with a beautiful dense wavy head. Aromatics are incredible as is the flavor profile, both reflect massive ripe tropicals like pineapple, papaya, passion fruit and a ton of sweet tangerine on a nice softer body profile. Keep em coming Kelsey, cant wait to hit the tasting room soon.

    Cheers,

My order of Party Cup arrived (ordered late Wed evening and arrived at my door Fri morning) and I just drank my first one. It's just what I was looking for, a very refreshing, easily drinkable and well made beer. Thanks North Park, I'll certainly be giving more of your beers a try soon.

Just a lovely Pale Ale. The nose is a combination of floral, berry and fresh cut grass notes. For a 5% Pale it offers huge complexities of flavors from berries to mango papaya and yes......I get the raspberry lemonade LOL !

I'm glad to see the positive vibes for this place, so I will have to try the canned beers they have come out with recently. I have avoided them for a long time-- as I put it in a review a couple years ago "Of the several I've tasted, they seem to end up with an excessive and unpleasant bitterness in many of their beers, regardless of the style."

I've never had that experience. Was this from a one-time visit?

Appreciate the feedback. I can say with confidence that the beer we make today is like a night and day difference from when you rated a few of our beers back in 2017.

Just saw Party Cup is sold out. Any chance there will be some available Friday with the new release?

They told me today that they were brewing it right now and that it would be available before July 4.

If you haven't tried Mosaic Melody yet, I'd highly recommend it. Obviously it's not quite the same since it's a pale ale rather than a lager, but it hits that Mosaic-forward crusher target beautifully.

Xul, MAYBE....... the best Pale Ale I've had in a very long time, with this warm-hot weather It's a no brainer. So complex and layered for a 5% ABV beer.

    Cheers,

North Park was one of my favorites at Carnival of Caffeination this year and I hadn't any of their stuff prior to that. Mostra Before Dying was definitely in my top 3 for the day.

Even better about this place for those of us fortunate enough to live nearby: Mastiff Sausage.

Indeed. Easy to agree with the wife as a date destination because of this. I get a brewery, and they have non-beer drinks for her. Win-win.

Also, I didn't realize local delivery was only $5 until this morning... I ordered some 4pks. $5 to not deal with North Park is well worth it to me, haha.

Oh man, just realized it now? I have used it a few times to restock when I felt I was running low on easy-to-drink beers. I now get emails for free delivery every so often.

I just assumed it'd be more expensive that it was worth. Or for a quantity of beer I didn't want/need.
