Not a lot of breweries that I miss, but definitely some beers. Stone Old Guardian and Double Bastard come to mind. Also, Avery Mephistopheles Stout.

I wish we still got the Herold beers imported into the US. Same with Starobrno, for the freshest Saaz character I remember ever having.

The original Catamount out of White River Junction Vermont. Their porter was top notch. And New Amsterdam which was contract brewed in Albany for a NYC venue. Their Xmas beer was always great-this was in the early days of craft, before Sam had gotten out of the Boston area....

I'd give up a kidney for a case of Double Bastard. Guess there's no room for anything besides mediocre ipas in stones lineup.

Thanks but I am not likely to see that wonder brew. And no, no offerings of trading please.

I'm probably mixing that up with Staropramen. Sorry.

Dogfish Head Raison D'Etre. One of my faves from back in the day. According to their website they still make it, but I haven't seen it in years. Raison D'Extra is just too much for me.

I miss 7th Settlement Brewery here in Dover, NH. Such a chill environment. No TV’s. Just a local spot to hang out, grab some beers and food. It’s the only place I ever felt like was “my” spot in town. Not Covid-related, but they closed about a year and a half ago. We have good spots, but nothing else in town feels quite the same to me.
