The middle one is obviously lighter and cloudier than the regular Romulan Ale you posted - likely its roots are in the New England area of Romulus

Actually, they were all based off juice box or Kool-Aid flavors - the only one I recall is the green one was Ecto Cooler. They were all sweetened sours, probably marketed as Goses.

Cool thread. I’ve never been able to pick “best” of anything really (I have like 8 different favorite movies lol)

So instead here are some recent ones for me that tick the box:

This Saison from Dupont looked righteous

    The answer is Marshal Zhukov.

I’d post a picture but modern photography has yet to develop the technology needed to capture the depth of darkness in that majestic beast.

Took me a while to find it. All my posted photos to BA deleted last year when tinypic went belly up. Thx @TheIPAHunter for reminding me of this once wonderful beer. Hope this photo holds up to your memory of it!!

Thanks for the thread @draheim in the Saison category, I like a bit of haze, vibrant carbonation and large pillowy froth.
    Cheers

Great one. A saison outside on a sunny day can positive glow. Makes my mouth water just looking at it.

I just popped the cap on the Ommegang Rosetta. It came out sorta "tea" colored Bummer! Posted a picture on "What beer are you drinking now". Still a great beer.

My lack of photography skills cause these photos not to give the beers justice. There is something about a brilliantly clear golden German lager with a big fluffy head on it that is visually appealing to me. Also, no doubt, the glass makes a huge difference too.

Creature Comforts/Burial Beer Maibock Collab. This beer had nice, slow rising bubbles too it.

For me it’s about the color or the pour. I like the chill haze on the glass and the aesthetic of a “perfect pour”. Excuse these 5 years old pictures but here’s some examples

I too am a sucker for All Things Belgian. I gotta go with the classic house tripel at De Garre in Bruges. (Hey, I’m Brugesman, what did you expect, lol?!) Behold that lovely amber color and thick, creamy head! And at a bit over 11%, this is guaranteed to put a smile on your face!

I recently had a Hofbrau served in a tall Pilsner glass, a nice foamy head that lasted all the way to the bottom of the glass.
    It was a beautiful thing!

One of the best looking brews I've ever seen has to Founders Imperial Stout. Tight, compact bubbles and a good finger and a half of the darkest brown head you'll see. Unfortunately my lack of skill in regards to posting pictures and lack of Founders Imperial leaves me at a loss, but alas. One of the worst brews I've ever seen comes from a brewery that I, in fact, like quite very much. Drekker. Matt from Massive Beer Reviews just did a video on it the other day. But this beer looks like Yoo-Hoo that has already been consumed. Here's the link:

Damn near 7 min video, that could have been achieved in 3-4. Constantly repeating how disgusting it looks, and not even guess the correct flavors.
