Happy Tuesday advocates. Having a dirty girl from abandoned building brewing. Was told by a dear friend that they're one of the best breweries in Massachusetts. At first look I'm not impressed but they nailed the taste. Need more sips before I can give this a review cheers

Does the organic taste any different than the regular? I’ve refrained from purchasing recently because I’m afraid it will make me sick for some reason. Haven’t seen that label as well.

 

Schilling Fall of Babylon Russian Imperial Stout... excellent

 

Wild Leap Too Pure To Be Pink. Awesome NEDIPA. Great fluffy head retention/thick foamy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew, watermelon, red apple, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine; with moderate wheat, white bread dough, light honey/toast/biscuit malts; and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; very creamy/bready/grainy malts, some sticky/resinous/rindy hops in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing lingering resin dryness, no hop astringency. Very smooth/soft, minimal warming 8.5%, or lingering hop burn after the finish. Awesome Loral, Azacca, El Dorado, and Idaho Gem profile. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a nice sized wheat/oat/malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. Very impressive.

Equilibrium Mobius Porter. This is so complex. I can't describe half the flavors in it. Definitely drier than most Porters. Delicious

 

Like a lot of folks currently, I’m guessing, Mrs. Z is on-line shopping (daily)...most of the time it’s women’s clothing or shoes...sometimes it’s hurricane prep stuff...sometimes it’s frozen food from Seattle or Bangor...today she got a bidet. After minimal cussing, the darn thing is installed, leak free, and functioning. Beers for the rest of the afternoon! My old gal pal, Sue:



It’s 90 on the back patio, but the humidity is bearable...I may sit out here (under the ceiling fan) with Tui, and drink a couple more...clean ‘em if you got ‘em - Cheers!
