I didn’t receive anything either. The threshold was 600 points, right?

I emailed them about this... I was told I had enough points for the next release last time I was there and now I didn't get one. Hopefully it's just a glitch with the email distro.

It has to be 800+. I have 798, and didn't receive an email about it.

I think it was 700. I have 706 and last release i finished at 685 so they told me to buy 15 more dollars worth. I spent 21 dollars after that. Seems like I was tricked into spending 21 bucks on shit I didn't really want haha

E-mail didn't specify number of points this time. I know they'd mentioned the points from 2018 dropping off, not sure if that was for the summer releases or not until fall.

Confirmed with Rev it's a points issue! Emails will go out tomorrow for members who didn't get to the threshold.

Didn't think to ask what the threshold was.

Do you have these guys on speed dial or something? So you're saying that everyone who met the points threshold already got theres? based on the messages here, it has to be 900+ and last time the fucking told me it was 700 for the next deep woods release! It is insane I can go and buy max allotment at every release and never get close to the points needed for skip the line.

They're my favorite Chicago brewery. I will not deny my obsession.

The line skips are meant as a reward system for people who frequent their business, and don't just show up for releases though.

I assume only FightClub members? Didn't see anything in mine. Wondering how they're doing the release for the rest of us schmucks that don't make the point cut.

I mean, that's fair. Unfortunately, I live in Naperville and frequenting their business isn't realistic. I do most of my rev spending at liquor stores.

That doesn't change the fact that you can't tell someone "hey you're 15 points away from skip the line next release" then go and add 300 points onto that number and act like nothing happened.

I get it, I was right in that boat with you when I lived in Oak Park. I just think the pandemic threw a massive wrench into their plans this summer, along with almost every business to be fair. Thundertaker was supposed to be a public release which they had to pull, and I believe these cans were originally going to be public as well.

If they did up the threshold that much, it's probably just a nod to the patrons who have supported them so much through this crazy difficult time to own a brewery/brewpub. So many bars are unable to buy their kegs and cans right now, and not being open to the public for months has to be a massive hit on revenue.

That's referring to the big "$20 for every 300pts" header right above that message.

I'm at 927 but didn't get an email this time. I had for the Cuvee/X release, so something must have changed in the last few months. 700+ was mentioned in that past email, so I'm curious to see what's up.

Thanks. Feels like I was specifically striving to get over 700 at the time but it's been so long I can't fully remember.

This checks out. Now that I think about it, I believe that 500 was the initial Deep Woods threshold, so maybe 1,000 is now. I assumed they would have to keep increasing it, as it’s not really sustainable at the initial limit.
