I love true brew cafe can design, so simple and plain. It’s aesthetically pleasing to look at, that is all.

Big Dream Sympathetic is a fantastic beer. If it’s still around tomorrow I’ll pick up a four pack. Wonder what the big beer for tomorrow (if any) will be. Has to be a collab or special release of something

My 4-packs of Punge and Cherry Pie Milkstave IPA just got delivered here, so looking forward to sampling one of them later. I was able to jump in and grab their just-released Blueberry Pancake Double Milkshake IPA as well...the beer fridge was starting to get a little bare, so this helps.

How’s that Quadruple Peach Shake thing they did for the anniversary? Been debating whether I’d really drink a 4 pack.

Tasty. Split a 4 pack like I do with most beers nowadays that isn’t a crushable style (pale ale, lagers, pilsners, etc)

Hop Hands is an incredible beer. I haven’t had it in a while but man, it’s incredible. It’s so grassy and resiny, and it has this little citrus/orangey thing going on. What a beer!

Anyone else think this batch of Refreshing is the best so far? Seemed like there were a few batches recently that got a bit grainy on the palate, but this is one is so smooth.

Haven’t tried, but I did notice that it’s brewed with flaked rice which could be a change to the malt bill. I thought in the past it was brewed with oats. Either way, their IPA’s have been super dialed in recently. The last batches of Punge and Big Dream Sympathetic were both awesome.

Every week I get the 4 x 4 pack minimum order from Dudley. 2 packs of Hop Hands and whatever Shake/DIPA/lager they have. It's always the best beer by a country mile.

Mouthfeel, yes, it is extremely smooth and pillowy. Taste wise, I feel like I have had better last summer and maybe even winter ‘18.

Maybe a dumb question...I have this year's Ouriserva sitting in my fridge (was hoping to share it with a friend who's a big farmhouse/sour fan, then COVID got real bad etc). Is fridge storage "bad" for it? I know these beers can develop etc but I don't have a cellar (I guess room temp/Central air and in a closet would be a possibility). Should I be at all concerned about moving it? I have nothing against drinking it over July 4th during a quarantine vacation, but would prefer to hold longer if possible to share with said friend. Thanks for any advice.

Colder the better for almost any beer.

I have Fuzzy from SP sitting in my fridge right now waiting for me to dig in

The beer will be fine. Just as a heads up, I tend to have to fight with the Tired Hands corks. I can't imagine yours being in the fridge will make that any easier. But again, your beer is and will be fine. And Ouriserva is fucking delicious.

That's good to know. I'm normally not the best with corks either, so I guess I'll have to be careful not to break it especially with the fridge making it cold and maybe drier.

Here's another question: can someone explain to me how pickup works? Its weird that before Covid they had beers available at multiple locations with no shortages and now it's back to what feels like manufactured shortages and instant sell outs and even lines?

Like why can't I place an order for pickup today? It's only certain days? Alien Church is sold out in 2020? Are there really lines again? I'm confused.

I ordered two weeks ago no line at all just told them my number and I picked up. You c an pick up any day of the week. Hours on the respective sites for where you want to pick up. Ordering doesn’t open till a certain time each day, it’s on the site. It’s the same time each day except Monday I believe. That’s why you can’t place an order. Not sure on the other questions.

Here’s the ferm site to order:

also alien church is available and many others.

You should be able to place an order for pickup 7 days a week. I think the store goes live around 1130 each day.

the only time I’ve really seen lines is around their anniversary weekend.

The sellouts are frustrating because I tried to order Alien Church about 2 weeks ago and said sold out. 10 min later is was available again. Not sure whats up with that
