    Hint 1b: sending to a state I've never been to
    Hint 2: never received beer from either of my targets
    Hint 3: I’m on a flight to Florida which will be a nice weekend trip but I won’t see either of my targets because they don’t live there.

    mbk < 1/2 x (t1bk + t2bk) where mbk>?bk - - maybe? lol not sure that makes sense
