    This is WC and lovely.

    Mo' Strata
a few weeks back was also kept WC, and delicious. That one was more fruity. This Mo' Simcoe leans definitely more dank. But in typical Cellarmaker fashion, it's a mix of both.

Super happy with my Ghost Town order. Inhume is a wonderfully simple WC IPA that displays (IMO) perfect balance, Hymn of Nelson is a decadently aromatic nelsony delight, and Embalmer, while not really my jam due to (I believe) the over ripe tropical fruit aspect from enigma hops, delivered an intensely fruity aroma (like Hawaiian punch with some overripe pineapple chunks) and a big tropical flavor that maintained a nice bitter back end

Has anyone had the Firestone Propagator series? I’m not sure if Mosaic is their latest release. I haven’t had anything From Firestone in ages. I think the last Firestone I had was the Luponic Distortion series. Maybe #4 or 5? Didn’t even know about Propagator series.

Propagator series = beer originated from their "Venice" / Marina Del Rey / Propagator location. I personally wasn't into Gen-1 but I haven't tried much of their other stuff. I think their beers may not be overseen by Matt Brynildson, so have a different profile and taste.

    * Oh, and my experience is based on actually visiting their Venice location. Haven't tried their canned / commercial versions.

The current West Coast style is now changing over from El Dorado to Mosaic in the bottle mix-pack. Citra is the hazy IPA currently in the mix can packs (the first one was Motueka in the fall-winter). We might branch out from single hop stuff in a bit but still have a few we want to do. These are all single hop beers that have been brewed at The Propagator but are now brewed at the production brewery.

Can't remember if its been mentioned, but Henhouse Illuminati belongs in this thread. While it isn't perfectly clear, with some unfiltered haze, the flavor profile is a bunch of Simcoe West Coast goodness.

Grateful Shred from Humble Sea is awesome. Super dank with a nice bite to it. Really dig it and I hope to see more west coasters like it in the future!

Anyone try the new one from Lagunitas? Phase Change. They call it a wet-hopped juicy ale but has big hop flavor with loads of citrus. Part of their One Hitter series. Great beer.

Its been almost year round seeming and it's nice, I'd put it in the hybrid ne/wc style with a slight tendency toward the ne zone

Yeah man, their west coast hoppy stuff is top notch. I can’t say the same for their haze though.

Probably already mentioned earlier in thread, but Societe's Agreeable Folk is outstanding! I just bought my 3rd 4pk. Also, Pizzaports June special IPA called Permanent Vacation is great, just bought my 2nd 6pk.

Permanent Vacay is really good for the price. Can't beat a 6 pack of 16s at 11.99. :joy:
