Comic sans is the best font to use for beer labels

Craft Hard Seltzer is the sound of Craft Beer eating its own dick.

People who like Milkshake IPA’s and Smoothir kettle sours are Right. There I fixed it for you as I and others enjoy those type of beers.

I think it is fair to say this was the case in the beginning of the craft beer movement when Sierra Nevada 'created' a Pale Ale that featured a new hop variety (Cascade) or when Sam Adams produced an all malt lager (Boston Lager) or...

It seems like the craft beer industry is now so 'crowded' that craft breweries think they need to be way out there in order to garner attention. That could be via throwing weird ingredients into the brew, using so many hops that the beer has hop burn, or...
Breweries will continue to produce 'different' beers as long as Beer Geeks are willing to buy the beers (sometimes at 'inflated' prices). Pogo knows the answer:

Just because something is popular doesn’t mean it’s morally “right”.

Seriously, someone needs to help us find out the answer to this question. I'm guessing it's JD Power & Associates.

They weren’t taps if I recall correctly. Maybe the bung, or the spigot?

Why the “hot pile of goat shit award” of course.

If it was the the thing on the side of the actual barrel, it was a bung, but they're generally pounded in pretty tight.

There's an annual beer fest in Port Townsend WA called Strangebrew, and they encourage stuff like this. A few years ago, at the peak of the Seacows Super Bowl run (when Marshawn Lynch single-handedly pumped up the sales of skittles in the state of Washington) a couple breweries made Skittles beers. They were not good.

Now, if you've ever had Skittles, you know just how awful they are, on their own. But, throw some in a couple of one-off kegs for a fest specializing in odd beers? OK, wutevs. But, to intentionally make that beer, and add fucking Trix?

    Silly fucking rabbits.......

What does this have to do with drinking a beer from this brewery?

I split one with my son and we both knew knowing the beer was some kind of marker. Not our style , but interestingly strange.

Have you read the F. Stroh book Beer Money about the Strohs? She chalks up the end of Stroh to strategic mistakes. My view is that any brewer (except Coors, AB, and Miller) that survived into the 21st century did it mostly by luck. Stroh at least folded in a relatively orderly way.

Well, mysteries like this intrigue me.

Everyone MAY be relieved to know that this beer is not the beer(s) being referred to as award-winning.

The were referring to two of their other Berliner Weisse beers, and that they "decided to take things up a notch!"
