Haul Hint: You'll both get some good ole NE IPAs and you probably don't need too many guesses from which breweries, but I'll throw in some other good ones from the lesser known locals that deserve some love.

Hint 5: One target has a number in their BA Name, the other does not

Hint 2a: I've never sent or received beer from target 1

Ok, Thavages. @NorthStateCustomCraft hit me hard today with an awesome box of entirely new beers, several new breweries and then some!



First the beer:



Slice Beer Co

• Diamond Cuts - 7% Citra Hazy IPA
• Doobie Snacks - 8.5% West Coast DIPA with Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra, CTZ

North Park Beer Co

• Hop-Fui - 7.5% West Coast IPA with Chinook, Amarillo, Mosaic, Columbus, Citra and Simcoe
• Stratacadabra - 7.4% DDH West Coast IPA with Citra, Nelson and Strata
• Mosaic Melody - 5% Mosaic West Coast Pale Ale
• Secret Secrets - 8.5% DDH Hazy IPA with Citra, Mosaic and Vic Secret

Beachwood

• I've had only one beer from Beachwood. Here we have Amalgamator IPA, a 7.1% West Coast Style IPA with Mosaic, Warrior, Columbus and Amarillo

Urban Roots

• Travelers Welcome First Anniversary Release DDH Unfiltered IPA. 9%.

Brouwerij West

• Supercollider IPA with Malted Barley, Raw Barley, Raw Oats. 6.5% hopped with Citra, Motueka and Mosaic.

Russian River

• Intinction - Pilsner aged in Sauvignon Blanc barrels with Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
• Temptation - Chardonnay barrel aged American Wild Ale
• Pliny for President - Self Explanatory - So psyched to try this!

Firestone Walker

• A new vintage Velvet Merkin (2018)

And two blind beers that will definitely be combined to create a third!

Now onto the non-beer items:

• A cool Slice Beer glass in a new style for me
• Honey Pepper Beef Jerky. I love beef jerky. Fortunately, my wife does not!
• Modern Times BBA Coffee - I love coffee and I've always wondered about this type. Will be opening in the morning.
• And, last but certainly not least, a jar of Amarena Cherries and Habanero Bitters (?!). Cannot wait to make myself a spicy Manhattan!

Here's another hint: the median household income per state is very close when comparing each of my targets

 

Target one: Your swag box scheduled to arrive this morning is still in NJ and scheduled to arrive tomorrow.

Target two: Your swag box scheduled to arrive by the end of the day on Thursday is on time and currently sitting in Louisville, KY. Damn. Still not even half way there.
