    Review here! This is fantastic. I did not have high hopes (I mean, the last stout I had from them gushed immediately as I opened it), but damn. Perhaps better than Dinosmores in some ways.

    Edit: as a fan of Skrewball peanut butter whiskey, I wanted to see if a bit of that could get this to another level, so I poured about a half-shot of that into the last 6 oz or so of this stout. Definitely recommended! Super-sweet boilermaker, go!

    I'm not a fan of brussell sprouts, but those look good...and I would certainly go for the other grilled veggies and tubular meat...

    Roasted brussel sprouts are really good, totally different animals. A little salt and pepper = good eating. D'Artagnan chorizo - really good stuff. Cheers!

    This is quite a crisp and clean Helles with a great balance of sweet'ish malts and grassy/floral hops, finishing with a good bitterness.

    It was really good with the jerk seasoning, and simple to make. Sometimes the simplest food is the best food. Also threw in a tsp of Thai chili for good luck. Cheers!!

    I'm curious as to how you stack this up with Heady.

    I know. It's like comparing Pliny the Elder to Blind Pig. And I do. Two different animals, yet I prefer, versa vice, Russian River's BP (single IPA) to their PtE (DIPA). With The Alchemist beers, I prefer Heady Topper (DIPA) to Focal Banger.

    Not that I'll turn down any beer from either brewery...
