the small laced in space is quite good. less of that initial buttery flavor that the OG had and lots of taste for a "small" anything. for $16/4 pack this may be the OH deal of the century.

JK I'm bouncing for the month of July and have been fretting over my hoarding strategy as I'm a ***** for Other Half. Is six 4/pks enough to last for two weeks, and can I then go two weeks on just liquor? Fingers crossed there's no amazeballs one-offs in July.

Latest batch of DMD is super dank, quite different from the other IPA's I've been getting lately. Citra+Galaxy is good but also just reminds me that Citra+Strata is the

Picked up More Strata and Citra+Galaxy. Pretty underwhelmed with both. Everything since Citra Strata makes me feel like I'm chasing the dragon. Maybe I am.

C+G is one of my all time favorites, but this version was good, not great. Also, a little late to this but the Fort Points were incredible. I actually almost preferred the HDHC version better, and I've rarely thought HDHC makes anything better.

 

Say it ain't so! better be at the eventual next meet up, if that is ever allowed post-COVID

 

DDH Mylar now sold out... Wonder if that means HDHC will be announced tomorrow or Saturday?

 

I prefer the DDH generally (I think that puts me in the minority here?).

Great riding/running on and off road up there. Cannot wait! Also the prior owner left me a beer fridge in the garage. So on our final drive up I will be maxing out at OH for the first (and last) time ever. Hopefully there’s room left in the car for wife/kids. But I’ve told them no guarantees.

Also - and this is likely denial on my part - but I don’t think of this area as full on Burbs™️. On an urban/rural scale:

10 - Downtown Manhattan
8 - Park Slope
6 - Scarsdale
2 - Greensboro Bend, VT surrounding area (Hill Farmstead)
1 - some ultra remote part of Montana, Oregon etc

I’d put this area as a 4.

Consensus was Mo+Mo was better than C+G? I see its up on the curbside, might throw an order in to grab real quick when I come through later.

For me MoMo + Algae was the lower expectations, nice surprise release. Whereas more strata + CG were the high expectations but slightly let down one.
Interested to hear feedback on hdhc versions of small citra and mylar
