I'm finding my fridge has so much P3 lately. A couple tasting notes from the weekend:

    1. Nectar Plum/Pom is an absolutely delicious treat to have on the porch on a hot day. It certainly stretches the definition of what I would call a "beer" but it's so good nonetheless.

    2. Phase One I had another can of an think it's a very solid APA. I'm an absolute sucker for lemony/piney flavors in my PAs/IPAs and this absolutely does it for me.

    3. The latest creme I picked up on a whim as I've been trying to mostly avoid the hazy NE IPA style but I ended up liking it. There was a really nice bitterness that many NE IPAs lack and the mouthfeel wasn't overly "pillowy/soft" which has been a big turnoff in the style for me lately.

    4. Terrazzo is still drinking exceptionally, maybe my beer of the year so far. They should make this a regular offering.

    5. On the Vine was the only one I didn't care for. I didn't have the first On the Vine but was pretty let down by this. The base beer didn't have anything distinguishing to it and the grape flavor did little to nothing for me.

    Agree 100% on Terrazzo!

I think the first On the Vine had much more of a grape flavor that made it unique and wine like. This one isn't bad but it's not what I think they had with the first one. They'll figure it out though just like they have with the rest of these newer offerings.

Agreed about On The Vine; the first one was better than the second for sure.

You gave it a good shot of a shot of a shot glass shot glass for shots, but it could be topped by someone giving their best shot of a shot of a shot glass shot glass for shots shot with Marge Schott.

It’s fantastic and it certainly hides the 8%. I hope they stick with the 6% as I prefer the lower ABV in this style but this is really good

Picked it up Linear Gradient from S. Loop Binnys. This is best beer I've had from P3. Mouthfeel is similar to HB's stuff, but stops short of the overwhelming syrupy flavor of their beers. Impressive.

Completely agree, it hits all the notes I’m looking for in a hazy. Really hoping the following DIPAs (non-Creme, Vine, etc) follow suit.

Easily the best Pressed imo. Chocolate and coconut for days. Thought nothing in this series was gonna unseat the chocolate version.

So.... havin the coconut/coffee pressed right now. The overwhelming flavors are cinnamon/maple to me. Interested to hear if anyone else gets those same flavors

maybe ptsd from bean spirit tugboat coffee? Idk

Are you talking about Double Nectar? I had a pour this afternoon at their beer garden and if you told me it was 0% I would have believed you.

Killer on a summer day for sure but not sure it even qualifies as "beer"

Also Neapolitan Quills was very good. There's something Shaun just absolutely kills with the viscosity/mouthfeel of his stouts and porters.

yep and my abv preference wasn’t stated because it tasted boozy but just out of respect for the rest of the day drinking plan

God...damn...Terrazzo...i don't know if it aged like a fine wine (I don't even like wine) but this turned out FAN-FLIPPING-TASTIC with a couple weeks sit in the fridge. Remake this shit, P3. Please.
