    One of Spindletap’s DIPA’s that’s always eluded me - glad I got my hands on it, it’s one of their better ones from the rather expansive IPA portfolio.

    We had it flown in and had to drop it through the roof. Ive worked quite a few of these- theyre great ovens. The only problem is only 2 pizzas at once fit!

    look: 3.5 | smell: 4 | taste: 4 | feel: 3.5 | overall: 3.75

    Brownish, murky body topped with a thin yet lasting head. Very nice roasted grain smell; bitter chocolate. The taste has a slightly sweet flavor offset with a mildly acrid bitterness; cocoa. Heavy body yet comes across rather weak and watery; glassy; a bit warm overall.

    The beer delivers some respectable flavors and has a very nice smell, but the looks and mouthfeel are a bit lacking. Still worth checking out.

    Very cool. After I make some coin this summer I am going to buy a Taylor. I already have a Martin and a Guild and Ive always wanted a Taylor.

    No, you really need a guitar designed for nylon strings. That's a beautiful guitar there. Definitely iconic!!

    Haha! The big thing in RI is coffee milk.
    Ive never heard of it anywhere else and I dont drink milk so its more of a cocktail enhancer etc....

    Love it. Its a D4 all mahogany with a solid spruce top. No electronics so I added an LR Baggs pickup. I use that for all my amplified acoustic stuff but it sounds good dry as well. My Guild was built in Westerly RI. It has a laminated arched back which I love and the rest is all solid woods.

    Well ya know, you can never have too many guitars! The Ibanez I mentioned would give you the nylon string option without breaking the bank. Really, once you play one you'll be like a fish - hooked.
