Don't drink and brew! Not saying that's what happened here but it would be an easy mistake to make if one was "distracted". It doesn't take much pressure difference to crush a container. When I lived in Utah I could watch my empty water bottle slowly crumple when driving from the top of Big Cottonwood Canyon (9000ft) to my house in Salt Lake (4000ft) if it was closed. The reverse is also true. When I popped the valve for my first sip I was invariably squirted in the face. Never did learn...
