MN isn't listed yet but they continue on to say:

At this point, all signs are pointing to a nationwide release on Wednesday, 12/12/12.

I haven't seen any hints or questions from the distros and liquor stores I follow/stalk so we might not know about who gets what until the store/distributor posts on Twitter or Facebook on the date it's shipped.

That's what I've heard also. I think four bottles of beer and one glass are included.

Per this post in the main forum, the three locations below will be getting the packs. Coordinated release of 12.12.12.

I'll be watching the excitement from a distance. Too many pricey beers, too little money. Heritage is going to have a big week, what with this and Beer Geek Christmas.
