    I've had maybe a handful of offerings from them, and there's always been this consistency to them. Really impressive, and refreshing against the multitude of overly sweet NEIPAs I've bee coming across lately.

    I would say they've been well executed across the board, but there have been some they have been like "wow" for me. That Bright and Juicy No. 5 was an example. @honkey, I love you.

    Finishing up a Sauvie from Ale Apothecary. Nice wine and wood flavors, some yeast spice-funk, and floral hops. Very good.

    On to a Central Waters brandy-barrel barleywine style. Tons of brandy on the nose with caramel interspersed. Lots of carbonation and a little thin, but it’s nice. Rather hot alcohol bite, but aging would probably do nice things to it.
