Wow finally caught back up and there were some amazing boxes landed since Friday. Great job @Franfab @Orca_Whale @jhavs @thisischuck01 @brutalfarce @TheGent @r0rschach @bl00 @Joplamp @Oconomowocian @Sturgeon83 @larryi86 @Nichols33 and anyone else I may have missed.

 

I have been using @FlintB house for a beer cellar for some time and he sent my goodies yesterday. He has been kind enogh to pick up Schramm's and some Tavour stuff for me and of course he threw in a few things of his own for good measure like all the No Rules and Homes can along with a great Speciation bottle and No Rules proper glassware.

First up!


16 oz can poured into a wine glass

A- A hazy copper with a two finger white head. 3.75

S- Citrus, piney, slightly floral, some peaches and pale malts. 4

T- Citrus, papaya, a little piney/floral, touch of pale malts. 4.25

M- Smooth, medium body. 4

O- Tasty like a nice NEIPA, hops aren’t aggressive but nicely balanced. 4


It turns I was off by a decent amount being that it is a foeder Vienna lager, but read the description from the brewery I feel like I was less off being heavily hopped for the style.

16 oz can poured into a wine glass

A- A hazy golden straw with a small white head. 4.25

S- Citrus, lime zest, somewhat dank, some melon, some tropical fruits. 4.25

T- Citrus, lime zest, dank, touch of pine, some melons and tropical fruits. 4.75

M- Smooth, medium body. 4.25

O- This is a great and very easy to drink NEIPA, tastes like it is heavily hopped with galaxy hops. 4.5

Nailed the style, just got the hops wrongs, just feel like I’m getting more lime zest like I do in galaxy IPAs.

Glad it all looks good @NorthStateCustomCraft! The mac and cheese was more of a noise maker, but I think we've all been known to enjoy it too. The food item that I had planned for you was out of stock, you'll be getting it in the future.
