    Such a great buy. I will revisit this one time and again. Right up there with my favorite (non-flavored, non-BA) imperial stouts of all time.

    This beer is a solid summer pour, easy with bold flavors, under $1 a bottle. Need bottle dates on the packaging though.

    Don't know if anyone has heard the new Static-X, apparently recorded before Wayne's death. If you're a fan of their music, you'll probably like it. I've always been "meh" on their brand of industrial metal: not bad, but never grabbed me. I won't turn it off, and this hits me about the same.

    Bearded Iris Ink Drop reminds me of TH stouts. Very luscious and a nice Maple/Vanilla balance. Definitely on the sweeter side of things. [​IMG]

    Took today off to spend with my family on my son's seventh birthday (pictured above, having breakfast in bed). Yet somehow, I've been up for five hours already, and worked for about two of those hours (including one really productive meeting), and had breakfast twice.

    So, I'll have a Founders Breakfast Stout before we head off to the zoo for a few hours.

    Ok, keepin' it light post 8 mile run with a Fader Lager.
    I'll report back this p.m. with a new beer from recent travels to high country...
    Feelin' good. Man it was great to get out of town, and away from the neighbors' barking #(&(*&#% dogs for a few days.
