I too got a case (although I'm splitting with a few friends) but you won't be disappointed, esp Galactic Glow!

I got a mixed case of all 6 ipas and they were all tasty. Nice balanced ipas, and none of this overly sweet stuff I've been getting locally. Feathers+Wax was my least favorite, and the best was a tie between all the hazys. Definitely going back for more once this case is done!

Out of the latest drop I've had a Beat Mapping and Galactic Glow and both were great, but I've gotta say, Caleon is what really surprised me. Just a really well executed, incredibly drinkable beer for the summer - and loving the stovepipe cans. Didn't know what to expect from a craft American Adjunct Lager, but the combo of wheat, corn, and rice makes this more flavorful and better than I'd expected it would be. It's been a real delight seeing the steady stream of beers Casa has been dropping lately.

That damn lager reminded me of locura, albeit a tad lighter in rice flavor but godamn with this heat it was the best thing out of all the cans I bought lol. I really want more of that one!

I’m digging on this latest Casa Feathers plus Wax west coast. Perfect for this 73 heat in HB right now. I was going to open Caleon first. But I’ll wait till the weather heats up. You can’t go wrong with Citra and Mosiac. :ok_hand: at 6.7%. Wax on...!

Funny you should say that. I’m sipping on the same and have similar thoughts. Great beer. I might like the Strata only Empire Line better though. Two nice westies.

My rank of my recent haul would be:

    Beat Mapping
    Galactic Glow
    Endless Ether
    Empire Line
    Feathers + Wax

Looking forward to whatever my next shipment is.

For me it's the exact opposite, except caleon is tied with empire for me. Feathers and empire were hoppy n dank beers where glow and mapping were just hazies that just lost flavor for me after every sip.

First taste is good. Nothing out of this world. Still fresh. This one will grow each session. Dig the color. Another :+1: up for CasaA. Only good thing come out of this f’d up COVID-19 :poop: is I found CasaA. Otherwise 2020 is history.

I still find it wild that a bunch of people are being introduced to Casa but not to their saisons and sours.

Not into sours and saisons. But will try occasionally. I’m starting to get into pils/lagers. Stouts is every now & then.

My saison and sour needs are covered by SARA and Casey memberships, and the couple Casa sours I've tried at shares were fine but not outstanding. I nearly joined the Casa membership just to get the ipas, but now that they are shipping I don't have to. There's been a distinct lack of really good ipas locally, but between Casa and North Park shipments that's been fixed.

This latest round of 5 ipas I’m starting to dive into and liking what I tasted tonight. Some of the last couple hazies have been overwhelming galaxy that I just don’t like for my palate. Since Ever Since is reserved on galaxy and it works well with Citra leading the charge and galaxy in a complementary role. Really liking this one.

Active Recovery I also enjoyed. Sneakily smooth, unboozy for 8.8%, I drank it almost as fast as a pilsner. Restrained bitterness in these west coast IPAs from Casa that I enjoy. I’m sure this is not a common Opinion but having drank a Pliny for President last week and comparing to Active Recovery I probably like the latter more.

Helles? Yes please, it is hot as ballz in Vegas. I got two bottles of the saison, excited to try that. Reviews are great.

I’m always a sucker for a TIPA too so grabbed two four packs of that.

I decided to join Casa Agria's memebership for 2021. I have been ordering from them a lot lately and at $200, its not as pricey as other membership programs. Has anyone had experience with it before?

I signed up as well. $200 is great value. For twelve 500 ml bottles alone that is a reasonable price. For me though the enormous value proposition is getting 10% off orders which I’m basically ordering Casa every other week. I’ll save that $200 on the 10% off alone.
