    Hop Butcher Hidden Secret Cove Milkshake DIPA (pineapple, strawberry, banana, coconut, vanilla, lactose, Citra/Rakau). Lots going on here, but the pineapple and coconut definitely stand out the most. Slight strawberry as it warms. Barely any banana. That classic creamy vanilla that HB milkshakes typically have is there, but much more reserved on this one. Too much going on with the adjuncts to allow any hop presence to come through. Pretty much straight pina colada. Almost exactly like their Old School Hawaii Vibes millshake DIPA with pineapple and coconut only. Not my favorite by them, but still a solid and interesting beer.

    A rather interesting beer/perry hybrid that is dominated by juicy pears and being backed up by soft, doughy malt and fruity and spicy yeast esters.

    It's been my experience with knee surgery that icing it down helps with pain. Before you do therapy tomorrow be sure to medicate, that will save you some pain after. Cheers.
