    The last IPA I had was a bit of a hoppy mess with a big yeast burn. This is the opposite: lots of caramel and it's potent (9.1%) but not overly bitter. I love a good, bitter
    West Coast IPA but I also have an affinity for this style of English/Southern malty IPA. Great for a mellow Sunday afternoon.

    Moved to the back patio for some fresh air - it's not too bad in the shade. The young Red Tailed Hawks are very vocal this afternoon. Another 11th Hour offering: Land Beast Original - Imperial Stout aged in Widow Jane Bourbon Barrels.

    Just got back from car camping/fishing expedition in Colorado this past week. Drinking a beer I found in the liquor store in Gunison, which I wasn't expectingto find on the shelf. Cheers!
