    Good afternoon! Haven't started one of these in a while but I'm off work this week and has nothing going on today. So here goes.

    Carlsberg Humle, 4.5% ABV pilsner.
    One of the newer beers from Carlsberg, this one is actually quite enjoyable. Unfiltered and with added hop oil it's a macro pilsner with a twist. Price point and availability considered it's not a half bad option. Cheers everyone!

    [​IMG] Poured into a 16 oz can shaped pint glass, canned 7/07/20. Pours a very hazy dark yellow with a 2 plus finger head that leaves a bunch of webby lace as it slowly settles. 4.5

    Smell is ripe melon, guava, mango, marijuana, apricot, and some pink grapefruit rind. 4.5

    Taste follows cantaloupe, guava, mango, marijuana, apricot, and grapefruit really well balanced and bold. 4.5

    Mouthfeel is big, soft gentle carbonation, a tad sticky but not dry, and at 11% ABV it goes down very easy, but is loaded with flavor. 4.75

    Overall this is a very impressive NETIPA that is bold and extremely easy drinking. Really a special beer. 4.5 Cheers all.

    3 Floyds Gumballhead, 5.6% ABV american wheat beer.
    Refreshing, sweet and crushable. Really good beer.

    Yep, but not sure how common it was. Only found one four pack at my local, then pffft. gone.

    Do you know any good nationally distributed beers brewed in Phoenix? Was thinking of doing a challenge called the beer-crux challenge where I hunt down 1 beer per harry potter book loosely themed on the book.
