    I can relate. I incorporate this beer with morning steel cut oats. I just can't seem to let FBS sit for more than a day. The only issues we have out here is that you can't get FBS fresh. As an example, we still have FBS from 2019 and nothing from 2020. KBS locally is non-existent. It went super fast.

    That said, I love this beer.

    Here we go again. Another FBS post and the best I can do is wish I was able to get this fresh. You guys are making me envious.

    As I've stated countless times, this beer never gets old. This is the epitome of a modern day classic to me. Oh, the cheese pairs nicely, too. Peace...

    It’s that time of summer. Reefers from GA are coming here (SWFL) with fresh picked (slightly green/cold) juicy goodness (buy on-line)! This is our second 1/2 a peck this summer (we split w/my wife’s South Carolina high school girlfriend who now lives in nearby Gulfport) and we’re all wallerin’! Cakes and pies and I’m trying to compete/wrap my baking mind around what these ladies’ can do/do! with a bowl of fresh peaches...perhaps a beer will add some clarity...Cheers!

    Another excellent beer I have to thank @Xerlic for. Getting ready for my youngest’s birthday party later. Have to keep things modest with everything still going on. This is an amazing rendition. Snappy, bitterness evolve into almost a tart-like, pithy lemon. Wow, this will go down quick. Thanks again, Brad, Prost!

    Before it was year-round, I would buy it a case at a time, and ration it throughout the year. FBS with a year on it is still quite delicious - even out to two years, I suggest. However, it is still best fresh.
