I ordered on Thursday and nothing so far.

 

If anyone is concerned about not getting shipping info I would recommend calling them directly. I've had very good experiences with their customer support in the past when it comes to shipping info.

Just got my King Citra delivery down here in San Diego. Ordered Thursday

 

Did you get any sort of communication other than an order confirmation email?

 

They sent me a GLS Receipt Notification with a tracking number but the tracking number never worked. Just showed up randomly late afternoon which was sorda weird

 

All right, just got my notification. All is forgiven!

 

Damn. I did love Make Mischief, though.

I am above all a green, dank hop lover. Hop Showers by Other Half might be the gold standard, HF Double Galaxy/Citra, or the first batch of that ASB/Sante Collab 38 Mile.

Also, ASBs Nelson Baby was pretty ridiculous.

I ordered Humble Sea recently and found them really weak.

 

Just after I complained about FW’s late shipping notice I received an email from these guys. It’s all good now.

Box arrived yesterday. Nice packaging. All safe in my fridge for this weekend’s consumption. Starting this Thursday. Opened one of 4 P4P cans yesterday I got off a buddy. P4P was good. Looking forward to King Citra. Will have to locate some King Sue to go along with it.

 

Still nothing on my end. Hoping for a shipping notification today.

 

I placed my order before 8 PM on Thursday and finally got my shipping confirmation at 8:40 on Tuesday. It appears it's out for delivery in San Diego so should have it by this evening.

 

If anyone in LB wants to offload a four pack of KC, let me know.

 

BiB cans are up. I swooped 2, asked if they added a twist, Alex said he boiled down the first runnings, so i imagine this guy is going to be motor oil. Kinda wish they mixed in some ba stout into it like others have been doing

 

Received tracking last night and it is supposed to arrive today. Consistent with everyone else's time frame from what it looks like.

 

Opened my first can last night after a 16hr shift. Went down smooth and fast.

 

Those of you who got KC deliveries: did you get an "order is on the way" email with no tracking info, and if so how long til you received the beer after said email?

Hoping this is the email that some have said they got right around when the beer showed up.

 

I received a tracking order on Tuesday at 8pm and received the beers around 1pm Wednesday.

The tracking info came in a separate email a little later than the 'order is on the way' email.

 

nice, just got the tracking info email. really hoping the timing is similar and it shows up by early afternoon. heading out of town and was hoping to bring it with me. Plus, a little nervous that they won't leave it without a signature.

 

Ha! Me too. And here I thought I was the only one.

 

So today I received an email from Fieldwork letting me know that they unfortunately over-sold the King Citra cans. They did offer a few options if I was interested in them. I got back to my office and read the options and decided they were not what I really wanted so I was going to take the refund route. I called Matthew Barry who is Fieldworks Director Of Operations to tell him to just credit my card and that I completely understood how this happens and it wasn't the first time and it won't be the last. He thanked me for being cool about it and asked if he could call me back later. He called me less than a half hour later saying he found a couple can's in San Mateo that had some dents on the top and a two more from another site and if I was good with that he could put together a four pack and send a couple KC crowlers to make up for the other four pack. I said sure why not, 20 minutes later Matthew calls me back telling me that he had found enough cans to fill my order that didn't include the dented cans. I was stoked, he then told me he was tossing in additional can's for being understanding about the situation and was putting them out for overnight delivery. That is what I call world class customer care, he could have easily just refunded me but went the extra mile to fill my order and toss in some bonus can's to boot. Thank you Matthew Barry and thank you Fieldwork for putting your customers first.

I also got the e-mail saying they were oversold, but it got sent to my junk mail folder and I didn't see it until today. I got an email later that the shipment had been made, though, so I don't know if they just went ahead and sent it without them cans or found some extra ones and just completed the order as intended...

I called Matthew but he wouldn't answer.
