How in the hell did I miss that single can purchases are now an option for WeldWerks? When did that happen? So damn cool.

I took advantage of the single-can option to try some of the beers I hadn't previously bought.

I must say, all the new WW drops have been fantastic. For the doubters out there (if there are any) the quality of the beers I've been trying have been very high. And that Juicy Diamonds hype last weekend too... wow.

@Tarheel4985 - is the west side COS tasting room indefinitely postponed or still a go?
If the location turned out to be problematic (no parking, no easy access, away from people), there's always the old Iron Bird brewing space on Nevada/Costilla which would be an IDEAL location. I feel like that just spits "WeldWerks" as a vibe.
    Just sayin'.
Not like I'm self-interested or anything.

Our COS taproom is still in progress but we've faced some unforeseen permitting delays, both with the city and county. So we honestly have no target date in mind at this point, but we're still very much committed to that location.

Great to hear, and thanks for taking the time to answer the question. Was kinda playing about the location, just jealous it's on west-side of town, but I really hope this all works out for WW. We know it's a gamble to bet on the Springs, sometimes, but I think it's going to pay off in the long run. And thanks for choosing to locate HERE.

I NEED both of those beers in my life. Not optional. I’m starting to think about the professional contacts I have in CO and wondering if I should try to explain to one of them how important beer is...

Managed to grab a BA Fluffernutter in a trade. Sweet peanut butter, less gritty mouthfeel than other peanut flour stouts I’ve had, if that makes any sense, and had some nice marshmallow layered in. I liked it better than PBC Noche and it is a great representation of WeldWerks’ regular Fluffernutter, dialed up a notch. If I’m honest, I was worried the BA version wouldn’t show all the adjuncts off as well as the reg, which is as high as I have rated a non-BA stout. I’d say given my reticence, this outperformed and I found it really good. Has similar qualities to recent releases - Coco Noche, Starry, etc. Cheers, all!

I can’t handle or even appreciate more than an ounce or two of their typical adjunct loaded stouts, but have always been a fan of how they incorporate these flavors into their offerings... that said- the fluffernutter has blown me away the couple times I’ve had it.

Probably should have given the BA a whack, but definitely will be keeping an eye out going forward.

    Glad to hear it delivered

How’s the “new” Pina Colada Milkshake? One of my all-timers.

It tastes pretty consistent with how I remember previous batches tasting. It's not my favorite (milkshake IPAs in general just aren't my thing) but it makes for an excellent beer-mosa.

Veering into stout territory, my girl and I drank Coconut Medianoche in Crested Butte while camping over the weekend and it was glorious.
