AGREED ... I’ve always said GC TIPAs are 100% on par with Monkish TIPAs - this is totally their wheelhouse. Love the proper glassware ... I have the same glass

Alex, I would say depending on your palate that GC TIPA's are neck n' neck with Monkish. We're fortunate that we get both regularly. But this bad boy is insane on day one, cannot even imagine how amazing this will get.

    Cheers,

Then we crack the top on this amazing west coaster. It's blueberry for days with just enough pithy hoppy bitterness, damn near perfect WCIPA IMHO.

    Cheers,

Have you tried DDH The Other Brian ... insanely good ... best GC DIPA IMO. Enjoy the long weekend, CHEERS!

I went through 3 four packs of that amazing beer. It will be in my top 20 beers of the year without a doubt.

    Cheers,

Just want to sing praises of their new schwarz, Not a “Vanity Project”. It’s a great brew packed with nuanced yet balanced flavors of malted chocolate, cola, spices and oak. Nice medium body but manages to be crushable. I’m gonna need to another 4-pack of this.

Does Green Cheek have an outdoor patio yet? I don't get out too much currently. I do however occasionally go to RIIP and Beachwood HB. If I remember Green Cheek does have a nice lot on the right side in the back where could put up tables.

It’s drive thru only. No outdoor seating. I’m sure they could set up outdoor tables/chairs if they wanted to. But choose not to right now.

Agreed w/Vanity Project being a great brew. What I'm realllllly enjoying though is Beach Buddy Light Lager - ordered a case and running through it like water. The perfect compliment to drink while my stout is warming up or whenever. At 4% ABV it's super crushable and helps wards off the Covid weight. Would buy this all day every day if it was made readily available.

    Bier is good too.

So many killer lager options in LA/OC but I think GC might be my favorite.

Another fan here. Fantastic flavor profile. Blew me away to be honest.

Word. I hope it becomes part of their rotational lagers.

I’ve always loved how diverse their tap list is and how confidently they carry multiple lagers alongside their well-crafted IPAs.

Damn, I miss going to taprooms but not enough for me to stop in at any open spots to enjoy a pint with the public. HAHA!

They are setting up an outdoor space in the back right now! It looks bigger than the taproom too. Should be a nice little patio.

Hoping for the pad thai cauliflower myself, but that pastrami was also solid. The new pulled pork sandwich is great too.

Looks like this weekend the patio will be open. But that Cauliflower is sooo good.

Pad Thigh cauliflower is fantastic. Pastrami sandwich is okay. Gotta try the pulled pork.
