What beer are you drinking now? #2846

Just back from the county courthouse which is half hour each way from me just to file a single sentence paragraph because the cop fucked up the filing of the ticket. Now I'm out $192 and need to look over my shoulder everyday for 6 months. There's no way i'm not getting another speeding ticket. I should have just paid it. Of course they didn't accept cards in person like they do online so I probably have COVID from touching the atm and overdraft from the ATM because of course they don't have cell service to transfer money in a government building. I need a fucking drink with the few bucks I have left until i'm paid tomorrow. I hope they all have COVID from not wearing masks underneath their own signs that say "mask must be worn in this area". Like I need to drive half hour each way to file a damn sentence on a piece of paper and bring 5 other documents and you don't even follow your own fucking rules? Fuck you

 

Beer #4. These “baby ipas” from Forest & Main have been hit or miss, so hoping this one pops. It does have Galaxy going for it.

Getting to try another new (to me) ipa from Hill. You Vermont folks are spoiled....I still have a can of Mary to open later...but damnnn this is good

 

We use to get amager through Shelton brothers before covid 19. Very impressive beer cheers

 

Cold Yellow And Happy DDH with Cashmere Hops with Oats and Lactose. Poured into a 16 oz can shaped pint glass canned on 8/3/2020. Pours a very attractive dark yellow with a 2 pls finger sticky white head that leaves a wall of lace with excellent retention. 4.5

Smell is papaya, pineapple, coconut, vanilla, and apricot. 4.25

Taste follows papaya, pineapple, coconut, vanilla, and apricot bigger and better than the nose. 4.5

Mouthfeel is bigger than medium, a tad sticky not dry, soft gentle carbonation, and at 6.5% drinks bigger than the 6.5% it is. 4.5

Overall this is down right tasty. Unique and very enjoyable, highly recommend.4.5

Beautiful weather this morning allowed me to kayak on both the sound and the ocean. Plans to rent some jet skis this afternoon were foiled by some (now departed) thunderstorms. Thankfully I had this waiting for me back in the fridge at the rental house courtesy of @2beerdogs . Can't go wrong with PtE.
