People suck. Some bought multiples and razzles already going up.

It is. No one is actually going to get more than one. There was no drop down to increase amount, but you could edit the amount once you went to the cart or just go back and buy again. I guess they didn’t set it up correctly. No mistakes here. What do these idiots think is going to happen? Now there are extra bottles they have to figure out what to do with. This is just another headache for Rachel for no reason.

 

There were multiple people asking about limits on the facebook comments as the sale was going on. It doesn't take much critical thinking to realize that a beer where there's not enough for the whole club is going to be 1pp people, use your brain

Maybe the folks who tried to game the system and get more than 1 bottle should lose their membership? Seems fair to me

 

Afraid not. They don't usually release things during operating hours and I know they open for curbside at 4 so 330 seemed like a safe time to sneak in a power nap. So of course the beer goes live seconds after I fall asleep. Oh well. Maybe if people really did get 2 there's still a sliver of hope but I'm not counting on it.

 

I honestly don't think he puts forth the effort into investigating these instances as he has in the past. With the club expanding to the amount of people that are now. It's a battle he most likely will not win unfortunately.

 

Though taking the time to track down the first people doing it for this bottle might scare the rest of the people thinking about it in the future

 

Two 53 gallon bourbon barrels yield 534 750ML bottles in a perfect world, but you have loss and spillage. No adjuncts to soak anything up here. But being aged 2-3 years i would expect several gallons of loss.

Range of 450 bottles or so. 600 LC members.

 

He "bought' multiple BBT3's presales off MBC then just cross referenced the emails/info and didn't let those people pick up their bottle. So I was told....

I don't have FB. And didn't check my email between coming home from work and going to bed. Even had a friend text me that it was live and I slept straight through it. I'll survive. It's not the last great barleywine they are going to make
