    [​IMG] A beautiful morning in Central NH and starting with maybe my favorite local NEDIPA 9% and insanely easy going down. I personally feel this beer is as good as any I have had..... Even better they are 10 miles from my house. My wife is dropping her Mom at the airport after a 10 day visit and I will drink to that. Cheers all.

    HB Oktoberfestbier. I like it. But is it just a more astringent Munchen Lager (which is ok)?
    L 155T date code. It's not skunky I like posted before a few days back. Off bottle or my taste buds were off?

    [​IMG] For me the best way to tell how good a newish beer is, have one of your favorites before or after. I would still take my beloved Kettlehead Dreamstate over this, but this stuff is pretty damn special.

    Couldn’t sleep so I cleaned the house and started my laundry. Time to revisit an old favorite-Tank 7 from Boulevard. I forgot how great of a beer this is. Enjoy your Sunday everyone!

    Wasn’t planning on a second beer this early, but when moving things around in my bar, I pulled the black four pack holder off this can and it somehow snagged the pull tab. Damn thing didn’t just open, it just about exploded. Tastes fine, but I put it in the fridge to cool while I finish the Pressed I was drinking.

    Good day BAs! Today's New (Late) Breakfast Beer is Founders Marvelroast. Had I realized it was a blonde ale I'd have left it on the shelf. Imagine my surprise when I found it was vanilla-forward and tasty. No photo - battery died between photographing the bottle and photographing the pour. Final rating 4.12, rDev - 0.5% ... reptile approved!

    Good morning BAs! Been busy today cleaning, baking, and sipping this recent arrival from Charleston, SC - Westbrook’s “Mexican Cake”:

    Bottled 5/4/20. Poured at 57°. Delicious!
    Tamer than years past, the heat from the habanero peppers are more subdued and better balanced with the chocolate/toffee nose/taste. Cinnamon present but not distracting. Vanilla in the background, and shows more in the nose as the liquid warms. I will probably revisit this beer for a second pour in a little while...until then, Cheers y’all!

    Another hot and steamy day on tap here in SWFL. I had a good time reading the reviews on the WCIPA thread, and revisiting beers this weekend...I have some “new” beers for NBW...we will have to see how the day unfolds once Mrs. Z gets out of bed. Cheers!
