    That's entirely possible. Personally I think NN is one of those beers that are best when fresh-fresh-fresh, but Heady I could see. Super fresh, it's blindingly hoppy but I do think that the hops kind of round out and they hit new, different notes after a couple of weeks. Plus, I've read that the yeast strain they use took years of culturing and getting it right before they settled on what it is now. So, who knows.

    But who am I kidding, I'm not going to turn down Heady canned yesterday :-)

    I don't even know how you could have Heady sit around that long, regardless of how many cases of it you have..

    The obvious experimental procedure to verify this is to buy more Heady Topper at one time than you can drink within a 5-12 week time period.

    Simple, though potentially expensive.

    Just had my first Anyinger Celebrator. Excellent, excellent beer, but I would have thought it was a stout. With the thickness, darkness, sweet maltiness, and notes of soy sauce I got in the aroma and taste, they could have fooled me.

    The more of this I drink, the more heat I have noticed. Its my first Abyss (as I mentioned) so, obviously, I have yet to try an aged one to compare this to, but I stand by my opinion. Love it.

    Stopped at three floyds earlier and had a zombie dust and alpha klaus. Damn that alpha klaus was delicious too bad it was sold out in bombers. i know a place that has it. Need to get a bomber or 5 tommorow

    When one of the of the BA bros says get some Abyss at Brewforia I jump all over it but I have to buy four more bottles so I get 3 Myrcenary's and take a shot at Mountain Standard. WINNING! Now I want to side by side this with Sublimely Self Righteous. It's that good.

    I left a Nugget Nectar in my cellar by accident for 6 months. Tasted like onions, not cool man. It's delicious when fresh though. By the way I'm sending you Kiwi Lager when the next batch comes out.
