I for one am pretty happy to try a bunch of different beers without having to buy full 4 packs. Still expensive though.

D96 posted an IG story of John at OH's warehouse a few weeks ago presumably when this beer was brewed. I'm so mad that due to IG stories disappearing that I can't invalidate the 20 minutes that you spent on this post with a simple link and, of course, a period. <-- this is a period

Doesn't seem their style to leave that much money on the table when it's basically the same amount of beer. I'm sure the bottle adds some to their cost, but not $10.

I don't know that any of the hop bills jump out to me as, "must have."

You're truly going above and beyond to help the cause, so I hate to quibble.....Buuuutttt your "<---- this is a period" annotation would look a whole lot nicer if it were itself properly capitalized and punctuated.

↑ Did you end this post with a fucking comma??!!! Oy vey...

skimmed through a bit of what I missed the last few days. Hope Boogie Board Stuntz makes it to the weekend, anyone have a review (that I may have missed) for this batch?

F.A.Q.s was not very good IMO, had that melon but really really overripe and not enjoyable in the way that it has been in other beers. Still have a can or two left but didnt like the ones much I opened.

Forever Diamonds was a lot better. First can was good, second can was much better. I am sure there will be an eventual DDH version that will be closer to what I was anticipating but this one was worth the buy.

Who would have thought a web site dedicated to a liquid that diminishes physical and mental ability would result in bad grammar :stuck_out_tongue:?!

True. But who would've thought that someone your age, with all those centuries on the sauce, would still be capable of stringing a few semi-coherent fragments together or simply lifting glass to face?

Little, aside from your birth certificate, is ever truly set in stone.

P.S. In the updated edition of The Elements of Style, it is considered inelegant to cram emojis between the last word and punctuation at the end of a sentence. Just saying.

I was completely on board with this dope rhyme, final comma included (it just...i don't know...creates such anticipation). But then you went and did not capitalize Nine Six when you gave the shout-out. That's mad disrespek. mad disrespek.

There is no more compelling evidence that God is merciful towards all Her children.

Now, if She could just do something about OH's stouts, lactose-dependence, and the shamelessly exploitative high capitalist marketing ploys, I'd find it easier to believe...

Admittedly, I'm only half-serious. In truth, I admire the hell out of this crew: their constant hustle, skill, creativity, innovation, cleverness, willingness to collaborate, their sense of playfulness, and how impressively they've reconfigured their business on the fly in this difficult and unprecedented situation and kept so many deserving people employed. It's easy to roll our eyes at the gimmicks and criticize the off-batch of a capricious product which employs volatile ingredients, but I think they've earned a genuine tip of our (broccoli) caps and then some. Let's all attempt to do what they've done, and then discuss our various successes here openly, okay?

Anyway, everything would be forgiven—to both God and OH—if this virus and all the suffering it's caused went away tomorrow. Old, ancient, young, middle-aged, grammatical, ungrammatical, coherent, incoherent, we must all hang on together in fellowship until we get there.

This is insanely priced. Are people actually excited to buy this?

I was trying to find someone in my area to split the case with, but nobody was interested in spending close to $10/can (I'd have to have it shipped). It's pretty pricey, but it'll probably still sell out.

Yeah saw him doing bike deliveries on Thur last week when I grabbed cans!
Even splitting with it coming out to around $30/4 its just too much for me. I will see if they have left over stuff at some kind of reasonable price. While the idea is cool its not worth the money for me.

Oh yeah, it's well above the price per can that I'm usually comfortable with. I'm mainly considering it since I can't go to OH as often as when I was in the office so the delivery is really appealing. Plus we're not taking a vacation this year due to COVID, so I've been splurging a bit on random stuff haha.

It looks like you can't have the expansion pack shipped?

Only allows me to do pickup when I have both regular + expansion...
