Rest assured that they are indeed the fully cooked variety of Johnsonville sausages.

I’m starting to drink too many of these fruited sour beers because I’m starting to like them

Tiki Hop Totem from Blue Owl (Austin): milkshake sour IPA with pineapple & coconut. I mean it’s a great rep of the style and hell, I bought a single and will prob get a pack next week. I like

Late to start tonight and late to the party trying this. I don’t normally rate IPA’s over 90 days old, but at the over 9% ABV I suspected it is still in good form. This is fantastic! I hope they make it again sometime as I would buy more. Lots of tangerine, pine, and even some grassy hops, but there’s plenty of crackery malt. Well balanced monster IPA.

I feel ashamed. You are a man of good conviction. I should have recognized that beautiful sausage art.

Finishing off the Brewers' Pale - really nice stuff - has a tangy funky citric thing that suggests characteristics of brett beers and saisons - light and drying - mild sweetness; more zesty than bitter with grapefruit pith and woody pine... Dig it...

If I'm back again tonight it'll be in the wine thread but this'll do me for now - cheers BA...

Jet black body sporting a thin yet creamy light brown head. Heady aroma filled with earthy delights; cocoa, vanilla, muted esters; dull roasted grain notes; weak coffee. Complex taste profile; cocoa, milk chocolate, cherries; mocha and coffee; shaded elements of alcohol. Heavy body; velvety and warm; sludgy; big residual sugar presence.

This beer brings a huge and diversified sensory experience to the table. The coffee element is fairly subdued but not completely hidden. The entire taste element is rich and luxurious, very diverse. This is also mirrored in the mouthfeel. Bold and complex, intense yet with a mellow note, extremely enjoyable.
