Have a good Tuesday. I slept in to the afternoon yesterday. Reviewed one beer and slept until 10PM. Watched Idiocracy at 2AM from Mike Judge, which was a great movie. Been doing music, Youtube videos, and chess rest of the night. I just got that Hinge account I was recommended by @CanConPhilly, I found some pictures I forgot about on facebook. I might mirror to all the other sites I use lol.

Fantastic Midwest IPA. Warrior, Simcoe, Amarillo, Centennial. Very old school stuff.

It’s still pretty cool yet sunny regarding the weather. My kind of weather and fall will be here quickly enough...

Still playing chess and music. Was interested in getting a Norwegian Forest Cat.

Amazing as always. They had a case on the shelf in Indiana walking distance from where I am.

I am starting the morning dealing with idiocy related to Condo Board activity / the management company. I selected a perfect beer pairing, my final Cigar City Jai Alai.

Staying here in FW until Friday now, going to my college room mate's house in Fishers IN for labor day weekend, then going home after that. Still have 4 more days to meet a few other people in the outlying suburbs.

Mad Anthony Good Karma. Got it from Meijers. Great IPA. Great rocky head retention/soapy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, mango, melon, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine hops; with moderate toasted biscuit, light caramel malts; and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; balanced bready/grainy malts and sticky/resinous/rindy hops in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing resin dryness, no hop astringency. Smooth, not overly aggressive, minimal warming 6.5%. Great balance of juicy, dank, earthy, and fairly vibrant hops; with a nice bready malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. Very traditional Midwest IPA. Feels like cascade, centennial, chinook hops. No complaints. 4

Saint Archer Gold. Very nice helles. Nice rocky head retention/soapy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit malts; with some herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery hops. Bit of fruity/yeasty aromas, but not overwhelming. Light-moderate herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium-plus carbonation, light-medium body, and fairly crisp/clean finishing. Bready/grainy malts and some sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Very clean lagering, not overly fruity/yeasty. Great clean and nicely rich pils/Munich malt showcase; with a great level of noble hop presence/balance for the style. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. Apparently most people don't understand what the style is supposed to taste like. 3.1 avg. Alright. 3.9

Testing my picture posting skills while “at” an all day virtual conference. The iced coffee got the backseat to a good starter beer pretty quickly..,

It's a cool, overcast day in the Philly burbs. Maybe a nice Marzen will brighten things up. Festbier from Victory. It's all maltiness. Caramel & dark fruits. This is going to have to tide me over for the day.

    Cheers, all.
