    Have a good Monday. Been fucking around with my streaming software trying to stream me playing guitar and fooling around with Guitar Rig 5. BIAS FX isnt working. The ASIO drivers don’t like making friends on the same channel so its a bit annoying. I do have an ASIO server I have yet to try out. I was listening to Diablo Swing Orchestra all night, and their last 2 albums are written on a Drop A seven string. So I unlocked the nut and went to work. Almost all the strings were a quarter step flat, then the D string snapped and I got it in perfect tuning with the nut locked at the top. I broke open a pack of 7 string Ernie Ball Slinky. I just re stringed this 6 months ago, so only changed the one. And as with towlie, I am just a little bit high. I made a kilo of chicken breasts and franks buff sauce at 3 AM. Online dating has a been a cornucopia of sadness. I asked a mutual friend to send a heartfelt message to some girl I saw on FB. I wrote it spontaneously during the night during our convo. Might get a bite, who knows. I’ll get to hang out when I get down to Ohio anyhow.

    Leffe d’été which translates to Summer Leffe. It’s still technically summer and the weather has gotten a bit warmer too this mid-September. Nicely appropriate then.

    Got my phone interview in 4 hours. You know I'm going to nail this shit. Once you get me on engineering technical analysis, no looking back.

    Metazoa Hoppopotamus: Dank and juicy Citra/Mosaic hops. Some clean Vienna malt character. Really crisp and pretty refreshing for an IPA. I loved it, gave it a 4.13 when I reviewed it in Indiana.

    Daytime is another “appropriate” beer to sip on at the moment. I haven’t seen such high temperatures for this time of year in a while. Bit over 90F.

    Currently sat in a cute little bar in Ilfracombe, North Devon, drinking a Curious Brew... It's a lager crossed with Champagne yeast, and it is surprisingly good

    SN IPA Hop Hunter peers. It’s not special anymore, it’s still nice though. Sierra Nevada has always been reliable and cheap.

    Excellent music choice @Shanex ! The Pixies are the second best band out of Boston (The Cars #1), with the J. Geils band picking up the bronze. And no, I did not forget Aerosmith or Boston.

    Cheers! For what I recall about the Pixies and their popularity; it seems they were more of a “hit” in Western Europe than in the US. Not sure how true that is or was. I always liked them.
