    First time having this one...not as good as the Bastards, but pretty tasty. I'm glad I tried it!

    Finally a day off! I get to drink beer at normal peoples' time.

    Jester King Buddha's Brew Collaboration

    A little bit about it (since this barely makes it out of Austin...)
    "Buddha's Brew is the first Jester King beer to be fermented entirely in oak. We racked unfermented wort directly into oak barrels and inoculated it with souring bacteria. From there, it spent nine months aging in our barrel room before being blended with live Kombucha from Buddha's Brew at bottling. Like all our beer, it's unfiltered, unpasteurized, and naturally carbonated through re-fermentation in the bottle"

    Verdict: Delicious! I didn't think I'd like the blending with Buddha's Brew Kombucha tea (which is a locally-made fermented tea that tastes a bit vinegary with some sour notes), but the acidity really works in this sour's favor. Very puckering, which I love in a sour!
