    MBC is sporadic here in SWFL, but at least we are getting some...bottles can be older, and Lunch infrequent...but I’m grateful the brewery gods are delivering, as well as Lone Pine too...I’m getting thirsty for beers brewed in Maine - Cheers!

    That looks delicious! I’ve really enjoyed the few Uiltje beers I’ve had...I need another trip back to The Netherlands, maybe next year? Cheers!

    Good to hear you you had the chance to find some Uiltje. I remember you were in Amsterdam when I was in Norway (new years eve).
    Hope to be around next time you visit our small country an buy you a beer in Amsterdam.

    'pert near lunchtime, with some Pert Near beer. It seems Crux may have not thought all the way through the naming on that one... makes it sound like it might be "near beer". Then I realized it was a fresh hop brew. But I'm not sensing the fresh/wet hops from it, unfortunately.

    With several recent trades, beer runs, and a Tavour box, I’m blessed to have lots of new cold beer on hand...I think I’ll work off some IPAs today - “Space Metal Dinosaur”, Lone Pine Brewing Company, Portland, ME (but brewed at Dorchester Brewing Company, Boston MA):

    Another tasty barely hazy that tics very few NEIPA boxes re: look and mouthfeel ... and I like it that way! Citra, Ekuanot, and El Dorado. Light bitterness, lemon, grapefruit, tangerine and pine. Cheers!

    It was also good to me, although the hops have really faded, and no one over in Florida would have bought this one with several months on it.

    Actually the owner of my beer store even offered it to me as it was likely going to the trash either way. I don’t decline any gifts, those two other beers today were much fresher of course.

    I hear you, I always like free! Reef Donkey can sit in the coolers here for months, but I always check the date and when I see it at/around 4-6 weeks old I’ll grab a 4pk as a tasty lighter change up to what I normally drink. Cheers!
