Agreed. The dry-hopping falls off faster it seems like.

RR have said they stand by it up to 90 days after canning, which is why they've been sending cans that have a few weeks on them.

Biggest difference I personally found was the greater aromatics present in P4P. Given that i already feel PtE falls off fast for my preferences, I wasn't surprised to find P4P even more sensitive. I wish I'd killed my entire 4pk the day my buddy dropped it off. The two I held for a week weren't nearly as impressive.

    90 days is crazy IMHO.

Just drank my last P4P can, packaged 8/19, and I've got to say it held up way better than expected. I didn't get the cans till they were a month old so I didn't get to experience that real fresh goodness but at 6 weeks they were better than I expected

Yeah, I found it held up just fine, contrary to some of the prior posts.

Hop Time Harvest beer went fast today for shipping, although still seems available in a mixed case.

Damn, wonder if it will be available out of the brewery tomorrow evening?

For that matter I wonder about Monday. Have to go to LA tomorrow evening and was going to take 20 over and sleep near sac then come back up 101. Might redirect through Santa Rosa tomorrow night if it means wet hop goodies from RR

They said it had cascade chinook and a couple other hops. Prior to this I’ve only seen strata this year. It sounds tasty.

Can confirm; hoptime harvest is a tasty wet hop. Lots of herbal bitterness and bright hoppy goodness. Definitely a classic west coast character

Maybe a silly question, but can you buy single cans at either Santa Rosa or Windsor? I haven't visited either since they started canning.

Yes you can (at least at Santa Rosa but I think both). Singles or 4/6 packs of everything

Technically their prices are per can, so the concept of a "4-pack" is purely for ease of carrying over there.

HopTime Harvest cases available on their website again. Shipping is $22 (or at least it was to SoCal).

Nice. But don’t need 24 cans. Was hoping for 8 cans of HT and 8 cans of P4P. I would pay the 12 for shipping if that was the case. Er, not case, but 16pk.

good point, it's 16 16oz cans. Is that a case? Or is a case 24 cans regardless of size? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Exactly. Over on the KRBC site they have a case 24 cans shipping at $20. But 12 cans is $12 shipping. So do I get 3 4pks of 16oz cans or 2 6pks of JO (or 1 6pk JO 12oz and 1 4pk of Shuttle Bunny (16oz)? What’s the deal?

I’m making a last minute trip to LA next week to visit family, and am planning to place a RR delivery order to their house. Anyone know if they match the ID of the person signing for the delivery with the purchaser, or do they just need to be 21 or over? I won’t arrive until Wednesday evening and looks like deliveries are Mon-Wed. TIA.

ID does not need to match. Anyone over 21 can receive the package.
