Have a good Monday. I drove back up to MI last night. Will be here until Thursday permanently. Got a Uhaul ordered for that day. I might make another beer and hombrewing haul back to my new place tomorrow. Got 4 kegs total, but one needs to be filled with 6% mixed berry mead, then I can throw out the fruit. Will brew an English mild in a weekend or two, on my own patio I’ve never had before. Need to toss out a bunch of garbage, give my friends a few tables. Nothing fancy. My new place is already furnished. I got about 50 beer glasses to wrap in paper as well haha. I never counted, just kept buying some. I’ll tally them up later.

We’ve had good weekend on the Spotify. I just started listening to Enslaved a lot tonight with the new album this upcoming weekend. They are my #24 most plays on my Last fm acct back to 2007. But only #42 on my Spotify, which is the last 2 years. So I haven’t been listening to them much since around In Times period of release. I was rocking RIITIIR and In Times on my Ipod for years. https://www.last.fm/user/superspak/library/music/Enslaved

Austin Brothers Shooter Murkgavin. Awesome NEIPA. Great fluffy head retention/foamy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big mandarin orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, mango, honeydew melon, red apple, berries, coconut, cream, citrus peel/zest, mint, pine, wheat, white bread dough, light toast, and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness. Mild pine, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky, fairly sticky, and lightly resinous mouthfeel. Lightly increasing resin dryness, no hop astringency. Very soft, mild increasing warmth of 7.1%, minimal lingering hop burn. Great Sabro, Strata, Mosaic profile. Very vibrant, dank, earthy, and juicy hops; with a nice sized oat/malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. Very impressive, about middle of the road on their NEIPAs. 4.1

Good morning Ian and good day BAs! thanks for starting today's thread! Off to a foggy start (the day, not me) which will lead to yet another international smuggling incident as I lie to both UPS and Customs. Today's New Breakfast Beer was quite a letdown:

Sticky sweet with little aroma or flavor.

Good morning, BAs! My school is off today in observance of Yom Kippur, so today is my Sunday. Starting with this one from @thisischuck01 . Charles sent me 16 new OH cans on Saturday, so this glass is gonna get a lot of use today.

Rainy morning here, so the dogs and I slept in...chores done, it’s coffee time - Smog City’s “Coffee Porter”:

I got this beer in a Tavour box to have a new coffee beer to try...but I had one the summer of 2016 in Los Angeles...Oh, well, it still tastes great. Lots of bitter roast coffee and Baker’s chocolate.

It’s supposed to rain all day, so I’m planning on staying home and building a seafood stew for supper, and probably drink some beer . Cheers and have a malty Monday y’all!

A cooler day, only supposed to be in the 70s. Also an air quality alert, so it's probably mandated that I stay indoors and drink beer.

An aggressive pour into a Teku results in good beer being wasted. :slight_frown:
