    Boss Tweed from Old Nation. Picked this up in Ann Arbor. Tweed, of course, was a New Yorker, running the City by questionable means. That said, still glad they came up with something good in honor of the old boy.

    Humble Forager Coastal Sunshine: Passionfruit, Mango, Pink Guava. This series of “fruit smoothie” berliners is outstanding for the price and availability. The tart wheat base comes through nicely and complements the bright, tart passionfruit and juicy, sweet mango and pink guava. The fruit is added post-fermentation, making this one dense and pulpy. Perfect for the morning.

    Happy Sunday, all.
    Another Fremont Field to Ferment fresh-hopped (to my mouf), along with some late brunch of an Avec-inspired dish: grilled 3-way squash with mint and pistachios on a base of creamy ricotta and feta cheese, and a Falestinian/Lebanese (not a typo) pretzel.

    Hope y'all have a great day and will check in later, maybe (?) with a new beer, need to check if that's possible.
