    Jai Alai here as expected. Four of my favorite things....bike, bike, GT, beer....simple sum bitch here. NBCsn is replaying the French MotoGP, recording it for later when I iron, yep still do that.

    After a brilliant Thanksgiving seafood pasta prepared by my wife that we enjoyed with a very nice Cab Sauv, we are now sharing a bottle of Yeti, which is a beer I probably don’t need to describe to most Advocates. My wife is having hers in a Stone Imperial Russian Stout glass, while mine is in my absolute favorite glass, a Brasserie D’Achouffe tulip. While not my favorite Imperial Stout, it is nonetheless excellent and was pretty much my first exposure to American versions, so it resonates and has significant meaning to me on that level.     Real early to work today. I was toast.

    Opened a can of Southern Tier 8 Days a Week. It was so easy to put down. I fell asleep and now going to make some food and have a proper beer before I hit the sack and do it all again.

    Now enjoying a Cowiche Canyon Organic Fresh Hop Pale Ale. It's a rainy, breezy kind of day here in Seattle. I've got a chicken (stuffed with onion, apple, and garlic, mostly for aromatics) roasting in the oven along with a pan of cauliflower coated with garlic/chili pepper-infused olive oil (so damn good). Need to make an early Sunday dinner so as not to impinge on the Seahawks/Vikings game later on SNF. Go Hawks! Cheers!
