Riwaka is really nice. If you like Southern Hemisphere hops, and especially this one, give the beer a go. Lots of unique flavors. Here are my tasting notes:

Vinous, white pepper, light citronella, earthy bay leaf, oregano, green pineapple, a sweet & spicy note of cinnamon and sweet lemon-lime citrus.

Also, had my first Outer Reef. Very aromatic, flavorful, and so drinkable for 10.7%.

Apparently ANTEAD has another GABF gold.

Hope its appearance at GABF means we can get some soon.

That new honey DIPA sounds amazing. I want to go to Kane again.

Grabbed some Sat. The original batch of this they did I didn't love, but this new version is really good IMO. I think the change in hop profile did it well.

Does anybody who has been to Kane lately know if they still have Saturday Night Lights/Almond Dream bottles? They aren't on the site, but I know sometimes they take them off if inventory is low.

Thank you. They are still on the home delivery site, but not on the main Kane site. I only checked to go on the main site.

Drinking a Yellow Buttercup right now. There’s a prominent vegetal flavor. I suppose it could be the honey but I’m inclined to think it’s the Nectaron. It literally tastes like cooked escarole. Please someone tell me I’m not crazy.

Hmm, wasn't my experience with the can I had the day it released. Haven't had one again since then. Aside from that I def want to try this fruited berliner

I think July when they released the Stout and Barleywine bottles that were both BA as part of the social injustice initiatives and released BiB. I think Dripping Maple was before that too but not much earlier, so its been some time. We are a month past when the anniversary stuff usually drops. Not that the larger crowd is dying to purchase BA Belgian stuff, but I enjoy them lol

Another Object Permanence release would be nice. I finished my last 17 a couple of months ago. Still one of my faves from them.

Okay, I'm pretty sure they released a pumpkin-spiced stout just to spite me for my query about the lack of BA releases. Well played, Kane.
