Sharp provolone on roast pork is where it's at. While I prefer my ribeye with whiz and onions, I do understand why many say the roast pork and broccoli rabe is where it's at. Cheers!

I have never heard of roast pork being served with sharp provolone or a broccoli side. Sounds interesting if nothing else

    It’s a Philly thing, but it’s awesome!

Broccoli rabe. It's on the sandwich. And that's how it's served in the City of Brotherly Love. Cheers, brother.

If you're heading south on I77, make sure you stop at Weathered Ground, it's my favorite WV brewery.

Drinking a really old Long Trail Double Bag double altbier, drinking like a sherry wine, rich dried fruits, boozier than it should be at 7.2%, brown amber ale malts, clean caramel, dry dark toffee, toasty brown bread, light fruitiness, dried fig, dried apricot, dates, dark fruit, a sense of chocolate, with mild earthy dusty floral hops. Nice interesting beer in the amber/brown/copper realm. I'll try to have this fresher at some point. Cheers everyone!

Wife just “informed” me that the Coaster Rule applies for this new table. Apparently I didn’t get the memo. Anyway, cheers!

The winter beers are appearing all over....why no seasonal creep complaints about this?

I can confirm that is amazing, a roast pork loin, provolone and broccoli rabe sandwich. Italian sausage, provolone and rabe too. Cheers!

More Boos, a big (12.6%) Imperial Pumpkin Ale, at Untied Brewing. This is really good! It teminds me of a high octane version of Schlafly’s. Untied continues to impress!

So, Equilibrium did this MC3 thing. Interesting. The increased relative mass of a body times the speed of light squared is equal to kinetic energy. MC3 builds on that theory, but adds BDE. I'll leave it at that. Yo, potential energy is easily made kinetic. I turn 'em all back where they belong, don't wet it. Are you voting this year? F*ck politics. Let's vote for BDE and WAP. And no, I'm not trying to be inappropriate. I'm just being me. Live a little, and love like it's your last day living. I love you.

Probably the last night we may get away with drinking this outside here in NEPA. Might as well crack this open and start the weekend off with a bang.

I was beginning to pack a surprise birthday box for a very nice BA, but lost power. Power company first replied with an estimate of two hours which has since grown to five hours. Time to pull out the generator.

Vera Mae '19. Outstanding as usual.

The yellow is probably just cheese flavored plastic lol. The white is melted American cheese cut with half and half.
