    Well, its a new day and I thought I would start this one early,

    I got my results back from my glucose test and the good news is I do not have pre-diabetes!! That is so freaking awesome!! I am celebrating life!! I decided to crack open a 2012 Abyss. This beer is amazing! Try it with a cheesecake or a fresh New Orleans Praline, you wont be disappointed!!
    I would also like to dedicate this beer to BA Tim!! RIP Homie!!!
    Finishing off my morning with a few of these...

    Also listening to another great that we lost on December 5th 2012... RIP Dave!

    If you've never heard of Dave Bruebeck check out Ken Burns Jazz on Netflix!! This is one of my all-time favorite Jazz tunes.

    Sippin on a He'Brew Jewbelation Sweet 16. Coffee seems like the dominate flavor to me, but it sure is tasty.

    enjoying a simtra after a workout.. man is this beer good!! going to start watching some old IASIP seeing as how its thursday and a new episode airs tonight. always sunny, wax, "girl scout cookies" :grinning: and fine beer.. am i in heaven?

    ChanChan thanks for the great Jazz clip. I heard about Dave Bruebeck passing from Boston College's WZBC Newton 90.3FM radio station last night.
