They are teasing a reopening of the Cellar on instagram. Interested to see what they have in store. I likely won't be doing anything inside until sometime next year but if anyone has the means and care to figure out how to do something safely I would bet on Side Project

Reservations with a deposit that count towards a minimum spend amount is how I’d do it. $25-50 deposit. 24 hour cancellation notice required. Tock would work well as a digital platform for that. The space is just too small otherwise.

Yah I don't see anything other than that. They are too careful to leave anything up to chance. Looks like they are installing something (I would assume shields for the bartenders, though ventilation things would be most important). I live no more than a 5min walk from both locations so if they do something like that I may feel ok doing the late night reservations some time. Either way I know from my interactions with them that they are taking this very seriously and I expect them to be smart about it

I damn near teared up when I saw the post! I absolutely can not wait to sit down and drink a beer at the cellar again.

Hard a dream this early morning that SP released a bunch of different packages on their website, like it was some sort of extreme Xmas, and my cart was $649, and was thinking how in the hell I'm going to explain that to my wife

There was even 3-4 questions during the checkout process. Look what I've become

Did you check the website after you woke up to see if you had willed it?

I actually did bring up their website after I woke up, hahahahahahaha!!

In my dream I was panicked because I didn't have time to decide if I could slim down the cat at all, because of the possibility of the real good stuff being gone.

Imagine one of the checkout questions was “how are you going to explain this to your wife?”

Well now they’re just messing with us haha. The most interesting thing I saw with that test was that there were 3 pickup times to choose from: Nov 16-21, Nov. 23-28, and Nov 30- Dec 5.

Damn now I’m really thinking this will be no proxies :/

Man I hope there’s slim chance for some of us out of state! I guess maybe rye was my only shot

It should be no proxy only, so they keep with tradition.

Given that everything since the shutdown has been given a proxy option, including BBT Rye, Id be shocked if there wasn’t a proxy option

People came from all over in the last couple years for BBT. I suspect the sale will be further in advance than most releases over the past several months allowing people to make travel plans. Wouldn't be any surprise if there was no proxy.
