It would be really tough on the locals if they allow proxies. I mean, how are they supposed to get some btac if they allow proxies?

 

that was before we were living in a post-apocalyptic zombie nightmare. what you’re suggesting above sounds very un-Side Project given how cautious they’ve been throughout the last 7 months. i doubt they want people making travel plans (specifically on airplanes) on account of them.

 

Yeah, but that’s when it was an event and the brewery and cellar are open and the on site bottles are insane and additional releases to go. Expecting people to fly to stl and just drive a car into the lot for curbside pick up is crazy. I mean, I’m a local so it doesn’t matter to me either way. I’d just be completely shocked if there wasn’t a proxy option.

 

just the opposite. proxy option makes it sell out faster which drives hype. it’s simple (beer) economics

 

I'm not making a prediction. Just saying it wouldn't be a surprise. Keep in mind, they are looking at a way to do onsite safely.

 

Making people travel from all over is the worst thing they could do during an pandemic lol, and somewhat irresponsible.

Now making it no proxies for locals and those a few hours away makes sense.

It bringing outside people to your city isn’t the best idea. It may feel as tho things are getting better but some places have cases on the rise

The price on the BBT package was updated earlier too, $330. I did not see what is actually in it.

 

Probably a dumb question, but how do you see these things before they vanish? Do you/others monitor the website that frequently, is it mere coincidence, or is it something more sophisticated?

 

Some people most definitely have written scripts that alert them, either through email or text, any time there is a change to the shop.
