Brooklyn Park Hy-Vee had a bunch on Saturday.

4-packs only at the time. $22.99 per.....

They usually have a pretty good selection of singles. I would think some singles of OH were eventually put in the cooler.

For those that enjoy the classics, HyVee Eagan has had Parabola on the shelves for a few weeks now. Probably a dozen left as of last evening.

For the bock heads: Birch's on the lake has a Doublebock on tap 7.5% ABV. Never had it.

Anyone hear when Surly Darkness '20 is dropping? And will it still be in bombers or are they going to cans? Thanks!

I could have sworn I'd seen something about canned Darkness, but according to this, it's just the variants: https://surlybrewing.com/2020-brand-calendar-2-0/

Darkness will release as usual on Halloween. Single cans of Darkness Variants will hit shelfs the second week of December.

Are there 3 variants? Read an article about the canned stouts. Is that still the case? What will the price be at retail?

Yes, three beers, each sold separately as single 16-ounce can-in-box packages.
    • Double Vanilla Darkness
    • Mole Darkness
    • Vietnamese Coffee Darkness
Pricing should be $11.99/can or thereabouts.

Bayou Bananas from JWakefield is bananas. Price is super outrageous but I had to go get a second bottle after opening mine last night - I think it’s tremendous!!

They had several 4 packs at Strong Liquor in Minnetonka today for $23. Had not heard of the place and went there because they showed up on the Founders beer finder. They had a surprisingly good selection for a small place, almost all in the cooler, which is a big plus in my book. Found a 4 pack of Bell's 35th Expedition as well.

Maybe I just blew up someone's spot.

I'd call first wherever you choose to go, but looks like it's hit Minneapolis & points west, north, south to this point. Picked mine up in Hudson because I'm impatient (they're likely out by now).
