    Good morning BAs! Coffee is on - Curmudgeon’s Better Half:

    Bottled 8/29/18. As hoped, this beauty of an old ale has aged well in Ma’s Cellar. Strong bourbon nose; boozy exhale. Bourbon, sweet caramel malt; oak and toffee middle; white pepper and a hint of vanilla in the finish. Plenty of mouth warmth from 12.7% abv. An awesome morning sipper!

    Painted the outside parts of my windows this morning. Mowing grass and dealing with the first round of leaves after lunch.

    Will make a beer run later. A second round of Bell's 35th Anniversary Expedition Stout hit town yesterday. I'll be drinking those all winter. Cheers all!

    We do have peanut butter, though not as widely as the US. Maple syrup in Canada while also good, is not widespread either here. Different strokes for different folks. I’m not that picky regarding food beside I can’t stand seafood.

    So for the few that read yesterday's thread. I just wanted everyone to know that I am negative on Covid. So went to Dr to see what the fuck is wrong with me then. They gave me 2 shots, one a steroid and another something for my headache. If that doesn't work they are gonna do a CT scan of my brain. Now I freaking the fuck out that I have an aneurism or a tumor of some sort. FML.
